Kaizen

Whilst preparing my presentation on Management, I came across
this website which I feel very beneficial. Masaaki Imai (a Japanese
consultant) is well-known for his Kaizen approach in assuring
continual development in an organisation.

Perhaps, his view and approaches may be suitable be implemented
in your field.
